Welcome to Yoga Unbound, my website dedicated to my Yoga Classes in the Newbury and Oxford areas. The site is updated periodically so please be sure to revisit for up-to-date information on class changes, new classes and upcoming workshops.
   
Yoga is an ancient system, practiced to improve both physical and mental well-being. Regular practice provides many physical benefits including weight loss, increased strength and flexibility, greater energy, improved balance and posture and greater muscle tone. In addition, the use of breathing techniques and meditation helps promote a sense of calm, reducing stress and improving circulation.

My classes are balanced, eclectic, challenging and always sprinkled with options whether you want to deepen a pose or go to more restorative place. I welcome students of all levels and abilities and strive to create a friendly, nurturing environment.
